Roxie Daneshvar, MS, ACC, CPDC, is a certified coach, leadership development consultant, and training specialist with over a decade of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock potential, and thrive. Her approach is grounded in research, combining insights from psychology, organizational development, and learning science to create learning solutions that drive measurable impact.
At NIH, Roxie managed the Professional Development Program, building executive and group coaching, mentoring, and performance management programs from the ground up. She previously led the Management Intern Program at the NIH Training Center, and served as a Reference & Instruction Librarian and internship coordinator at DOJ, where she was nominated for and graduated from DOJ’s executive leadership development program, LEAP (Leadership Excellence and Achievement Program), and went on to be elected to the LEAP Alumni Board.
Before her federal career, Roxie was the Director of Prospect Research at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, supporting fundraising initiatives for scholarships for underserved communities.
Roxie has been invited to serve as a guest facilitator and speaker for agencies and organizations including the General Services Administration, NIH Center for Extramural Leadership Institute, Treasury Executive Institute, Department of Education, University of Maryland College of Information (iSchool), Special Libraries Association (SLA) National Conference, Library of Congress, and Law Library of Congress. She was also selected to serve as an executive coach for the Department of Transportation’s Coaching for Success program, supporting leaders in building resilience, enhancing performance, and developing their teams.
Roxie holds a BA in Psychology from The Evergreen State College, and an Master’s in Library and Information Science focused on Reference & Instruction from Simmons University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC) through the Institute for Coaching Innovation (formerly Coach Diversity Institute). She proudly served on the Board of Directors for the Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project (A/PI DVRP) from 2022 - 2023, and as a volunteer coach for displaced federal employees through Grounded Idealist in 2025.
